We ship worldwide to most countries and regions. Our main customers include:

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and dedicated freight forwarders to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For high-volume or customized orders, additional time may be required. We will notify you in advance if that’s the case.

🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes as required by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If you have specific invoice requirements or customs clearance preferences, please inform us before shipment.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

  • All items are carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

  • Once an order has shipped, ownership and liability transfer to the buyer. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier or customs.

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days, and we’ll help file a claim and coordinate any applicable solutions.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

  • You can track the shipment directly on the carrier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.

🚫 Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs refusal, we can reship the order at the buyer’s expense.

  • If a refund is preferred, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (10–15%) may apply.
